dSPACE presents new applications for the MicroLabBox II: the compact development and test system now enables controller hardware-in-the-loop (C-HIL) tests directly at the developer’s workstation. Until now, closed-loop test solutions have usually only been used in late development phases, as they are often complex and costly. The MicroLabBox II from dSPACE now offers a flexible solution for carrying out hardware-software integration tests at an early stage. The system has numerous I/O interfaces, supports automotive communication protocols and offers excellent real-time performance. In addition, high-precision simulation models can be implemented on the integrated, programmable FPGA.
The MicroLabBox II is particularly suitable for electrification tests, such as the validation of electric drives, power electronics and charging protocols.(oe)
