Dr. Dirk Linzmeier, CEO of TTTech Auto, has left the company on March 31 to take on a new professional challenge from April 1. Linzmeier took over the management of the company in 2022 and has since made a significant contribution to its strategic realignment. Under his leadership, TTTech Auto successfully positioned itself as a provider of safety-critical platform solutions for software-defined vehicles. A central goal of his tenure was to transform the company into a more scalable, growth-oriented organization. The focus was on system architectures, functional safety and cybersecurity.

In the course of the planned takeover by NXP Semiconductors, which is expected to be completed later in the year subject to regulatory approvals, Linzmeier laid the structural foundations for a successful transition at an early stage. An expanded core management team was established at the beginning of 2024 in order to distribute management responsibility more broadly and ensure operational continuity.

Following his departure, Dr. Stefan Poledna, co-founder and CTO of TTTech Auto, will also assume the role of CEO. Poledna is a proven expert in safety-critical networked systems and is closely familiar with the company’s technological direction. (oe)
