Vectoris launching vCTS.performance, a new hardware-in-the-loop test system specially developed for testing charging communication between electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. In collaboration with EA Elektro-Automatik, a powerful and flexibly scalable system has been created that meets the high requirements of the megawatt charging system while supporting all established international charging standards. The test system is available now.

The vCTS.performance enables comprehensive system testing to ensure conformity and interoperability between EVs and EVSE. With scalable DC power of up to 3.84 MW, load and endurance tests can be performed under realistic conditions, allowing the behavior of vehicles and charging infrastructure to be precisely tested. Regenerative power supply with an efficiency of over 96 percent contributes to energy-efficient test operation.

The system supports CCS, MCS, NACS, GB/T, and CHAdeMO, making it compatible with all common global standards. At the same time, it integrates seamlessly into existing development and test environments, as it has been optimized for the CANoe Test Package EV and EVSE and fits perfectly into the vTESTstudio workflow.
