Giles Guidicelli is the new managing director at Akkodis. He has been leading the global digital engineering consulting firm—which is part of the Adecco Group—since September 1, 2026. As Group SVP of Akkodis Germany, he has overall responsibility for Akkodis in Germany and Austria.
Since joining the management team on May 1, 2026, Guidicelli has gained a comprehensive understanding of the company alongside Co-Managing Director Thomas Klukas and has strengthened relationships with customers and business partners. With his assumption of overall responsibility, Akkodis is ensuring a seamless leadership transition while providing new momentum for the further development of the business in Germany and Austria.
An industry expert in the IT and engineering sectors, he brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the table and, prior to joining Akkodis, held senior positions at companies including Capgemini Engineering.
Under Guidicelli’s leadership, Akkodis Germany and Austria aims to systematically build on its existing strengths and align itself even more closely with the technological challenges faced by its customers. To this end, the company combines its engineering and industry expertise with capabilities in AI, data, cloud, edge computing, and software engineering, as well as globally scalable delivery structures. The goal is to translate technological innovations into concrete solutions and industrial applications more quickly.

Upon completion of the handover, Thomas Klukas will transition within the Akkodis Group to the global role of Group SVP Strategic Execution.
