On September 23 and 24, the international conference The Autonomous Main Event 2026 will take place once again in Vienna and online. Under the theme “Building Trust for Autonomy to Scale,” representatives from industry, research, politics, and technology companies will discuss how autonomous systems can be safely and reliably brought into widespread use.
The focus is not only on technological developments, but also on issues related to functional safety, cybersecurity, robustness, regulation, and collaboration across the entire value chain.
The conference program includes keynote speeches, workshops, technical presentations, and panel discussions featuring representatives from leading companies and organizations. Among those expected to attend are experts from NXP Semiconductors, Infineon Technologies, Bosch, Qualcomm, Google, Volvo Autonomous Solutions, Mobileye, Wayve, Horizon Robotics, TTTech, NEURA Robotics, NASA, and the European Commission.
