MathWorks: Webinar on the introduction of MATLAB Copilot

MathWorks has added a new AI-based assistant to its MATLAB development environment: MATLAB Copilot. The tool integrates generative AI functions directly into the MATLAB desktop and accelerates the work of engineers and scientists in code development, analysis and quality assurance.

MATLAB Copilot offers developers the ability to translate natural language descriptions directly into MATLAB code, explain existing programs and automatically classify error messages. In addition, the tool provides code completions in the editor, creates software tests and answers questions with well-founded information from the MathWorks documentation. The aim is to shorten development processes, automate recurring tasks and create scope for creative solutions.

The introduction of MATLAB Copilot will be accompanied by a webinar on September 18, in which the functions will be presented and demonstrated using practical examples. The 45-minute event will include a live presentation and a Q&A session. The webinar will be recorded so that registered participants can also access the content at a later date. (oe)
