On April 1, 2025, Michael Neisen will hand over the chairmanship of the ASAP Group’s Management Board to Frank Petznick, who is currently Senior Vice President & Global Automotive Engineering Head at HCLTech and Managing Director of the ASAP Group. Michael Neisen will continue to support the Group in an advisory capacity as Managing Director of ASAP Holding until June 30, 2025.

During his time in office, Michael Neisen has significantly shaped the development of the ASAP Group and expanded it into an established engineering partner for automotive manufacturers and system suppliers. The focus was on the consistent expansion of the Electrics/Electronics, Software, Consulting & Service, Test & Validation and Vehicle Engineering divisions. An important milestone was the integration of the ASAP Group as an independent subsidiary into the international IT and software group HCLTech in August 2023 – a step that significantly expanded the company’s international focus and range of services. In cooperation with HCLTech, ASAP is strengthening its expertise in the areas of software-defined vehicles, automotive IoT and the use of AI-based methods in particular.

Frank Petznick takes over the management with extensive experience from leading positions in the automotive industry. His career to date has included positions at Volkswagen, Hella, Bertrandt and Continental. (oe)
