Audi is restructuring its technical development division: Rouven Mohr will take over as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) on March 1 and become a member of the Board of Management. He succeeds Geoffrey Bouquot, who is leaving the company to pursue new professional opportunities outside the Group.
Mohr has been with the Volkswagen Group for 18 years. Most recently, as CTO at Lamborghini, he was responsible for the hybridization strategy and oversaw the complete generational change of the model portfolio. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Audi and Lamborghini in the areas of vehicle development, verification, and fleet emissions. He will continue to perform his current role at Lamborghini on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.
Manfred Döss, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Audi AG, praised Mohr’s technical expertise and thanked Geoffrey Bouquot for his contribution to the technological advancement of the company. (oe)
